Finger, Thumb, & Wrist Full & Partial Fusion

Very severe arthritis in the hand and wrist sometimes requires fusion or bone resection procedures. Fusion eliminates motion at the painful joint which helps to eliminate pain. Sometimes simple removal of the painful bones can be performed to restore less painful gliding and motion of the joint without eliminating motion altogether.
